Friday the Thirteenth
It's Friday the Thirteenth.
Just thought I'd let you know.
Well, today was my friend's birthday, so we went on a haunted hay ride and through a haunted house at this farm near where I live. It was really fun. Not too scary. My friends and I sat in the back and harassed the scary things by having staring contests and making friends with them. It's a coping mechanism so we won't be scared ;). And we watched When a Stranger Calls, the beginning of this movie that wasn't scary called Heathers, and the first Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles movie. I love teenage mutant ninja turtles.
Tomorrow I'm going apple picking with my friends. It shall be glorious fun!
School is as boring as ever. In my math class, we're doing circle proofs. Not fun, not fun at all. I will grow up and never be able to have circular or triangular things in my house, all because of this class. I told my math teacher that, too. She thought it was funny. My math class is very entertaining.
Um... My little sister is doing awesome in modified soccer. Our modified girls soccer team has been undefeated since the current coach started coaching two years ago. We may suck at football, but we rock at soccer.
And there's an update on my life. Isn't it entertaining?

yeah my school districtt nisky is AWESOME at soccer- a lot of my eigth grade friends are on JV and frosh
Awesome. Same here. The only thing my school is good at is soccer. Haha, I saw a picture of Niskayuna playing some other school at soccer in my newspaper, and there was a cow walking through the field. It was funny. Because that's the sort of thing that happens at my school. We always get small furry mammals or rodents in our school during winter, and geese live in a swamp that's right next to our school so they leave presents all over our soccer fields.
There was a cow in the field? Hee. Cows are cool. Staten Island has no cows. It's depressing.
And actually, Friday the 13th was a pretty good day for me. Maybe it was thanks to me four leaf clover earings that I wore to counteract the friday the thirteenthishness.
modified soccer basically accepts anybody at all to play and is for younger kids (seventh to eighth grade) or kids who can't make varsity or junior varsity.
where I live has a lot of cows. I live in hick town.
Heh. My friday the 13th was pretty good. Except that it was raining and cold. But the 7th graders went to Ellis Island, in a boat. They said it was no fun. It was okay last year, except that I had already gone once.
I went to Ellis Island last year too...we were *supposed* to go in December, but then there was that transit strike so all trips were cancelled. Then we were supposed to go in January...but for some reason we couldn't. Finally we went in March (and the bus got lost on the way to my school so we almost didn't go then either). Twas kind of funny.
