memory of the week #10

Remember how the theme of the second dance was "block party"? I don't know about anyone else, but *I* assumed they meant like a block party...like your street gets together and everyone chips in so they close the street for the day and little carnival rides come and there's a DJ and face painting... how that would be incorporated into a dance, I don't know. But it took me a few minutes of watching that giant projector screen show various lego creations before I'm like "OHH! I GET it! It's a BLOCK party, like LEGOS!" Yeah. That was the dance where like everyone except me wore their cty shirts...which was kind of funny, since it was my idea. Mmhmm. Anyway....
