I'm still here... don't worry, I haven't left you guys. I always read the blogs, I'm just far too lazy to actually post that often. However, it looks as though my other commuter friends have disappeared off the face of upstate New York. Justine and Alydaar.... where are you...

I've basically been doing nothing, which is pretty awesome. A guy has been putting tile in our house, so I hide upstairs watching T.V. in my parent's bedroom, eating in my parent's bedroom (which I'm not supposed to do... shh, don't tell!), reading, and occasionally going on the computer... my computer is being slightly nicer to me...

Um.... so yeah, my school starts September 6th...

Under a Toenail

Hola! Hey, did any of you ever wonder what it looked like under a toenail? Well, today I got an excellent view when I dropped a table on my big toe and the nail sorta popped up. Not off, it just disconnected from the cells under it. Yeah, that killed it took all my effort not to scream and curse at the top of my lungs. (which it's a good thing I didn't because I'm in the theater of my school and it echos and can beheard throughout most of the building. Yeah, it kills. I think a little part came off too. You know how horrifying it is to be bending your toe to make sure it's not broken and here this squlech, except that you can;t see the blood at first so you think its only from the inside??? My mom was having a bad day as it was so she saw me limping around and I had to smile while inside I was wincing, more than that, with every step.

Anyway. Yeah, I'm at school helping my mom clean up the theater before school starts. (my mom is the Technical Theater Director of my school). I saw my band and choir teachers, respectively. Now I'm sitting on the steps to the stage on my mom's computer while my toe throbs. =D

STORY!!

So here's the whole story so far, did you guys forget about this?!?

Hello, I am a potato and I can't spell. I've been working very ahrd but the only reason I could write this was because I was using a dictionary. Anyway, I have no friends. Isn't that sad? Everyone finds something wrong with me. The tomato says I'm too brown, the pear says I'll too dirty, the brocolli says I'm too... weird (the brocolli doesn't like explaining itself.) What should I do? I try and have fun with my little patch of brown dirt. Today I'm going to make a dirt-man, he'll be my friend! And I'll name himDestroyatron2000 because not only had the potato made a dirt man, but he had made a super destructo-robot dirtman. Simply put, it was an awesome dirtman. More loved than you. So the potato and the dirtman went off the have an awesome adventure. They started off by going to going to the alleyways of New York where all the boozed out slums "hang". One of those slums pushed the super destructo-robot dirtman and all the way down to the ground. Dirtman used his ultra heavy duty laser gun to hit the attacking slum-man. You would think the ultra heavy duty laser gun would be used to shoot, but Destroyatron2000 knew that the slum man would expect that. He wanted to throw him off. Once the slum was sufficiently confuzzled by being hit with an ultra heavy duty laser gun by a dirtman named Destroyatron2000, the potato unleased his ultra amazing spatula and beat the slum senseless. Then he decided to go make Destroyatron2000 a dirt pancake which he had just broken in on the slum. But Destroyatron2000 decided that he wanted a dirt friend, who really understood him. So the potato set to work making him a friend, even though he had no arms and legs. But the potato had a few problems building the new dirt-man, and after a clump of dirt fell off, he realized that he had created a dirt *woman*. In fact, it was a rather pretty dirt-wowan, at least if you asked Destroyatron2000 , who had never seen another dirt-woman to compare it to. But the problem was that the potato wasn't a very good sculpter, because he had no hands, so therefore she was actually a pretty ugly dirt-woman. But no one would say that to Destroyatron2000. He named her Destroyatron2001 but she called herself Marge. And she called him Albert...

I'm BACK! (again)

Heyall!
After 10 and a half hours in the car I'm back! Dropping off my sister was fun. We spent a lot of time unpacking and I met her friends. I'm thinking of going to the program she's going to next year! I'm like starting the application process and I talked to the director who seemed to like me, not like anyone wouldn't ;P. But yeah, I need to write four essays, take geometry, and (maybe) retake the SATs for my application.

I can't believe we broke a hundred! Yay! You know, it's around three weeks since we got back from CTY, so like a whole nother CTY session could have passed, doesn't really feel possible to me. =D

So, yeah.

hehe i just got back from malling and viewing a movie....which is saw WITH MY GLASSES so i could get used to the curved world of lenses. i watched the illusionist which is this AMAZING movie abt...an illuuuusionist. no. it was abt a baker. jay kaayyy. ok well the whole time, ur thinking one thing, and then at the end, there's like, a huge flashback and it changes.

ok im too lazy to read the 26 posts that were posted since the last time i was here...26 is an estimate...its probably more...SCHOOL STARTS in like 10 days. weeheee. YUP.

No shoes

Haha. I was really pissed yesterday then really happy. First of all the wedding shower we were supposed to go to wasn't even on the same day. Yeah it was supposed to be today. At least my mom says I don't have to go this time. Then we went to WalMart to get our school shopping done and that was cool i guess-all my stuff is polka dots and stripes. Then we went to Crossgates mall(its a big mall in our area) and shopped(YAY)! But then we went to Coach and then when I asked for the shoes, yeah THEY DON'T MAKE THEM ANYMORE!! Arrgh they were only for the summer and I had told my mom to buy them early and then she was like no then i don't get the shoes. But my mom did take me to dELiA's (hey that rhymes with Amelia) and Aeropostale. God it was so crowded. i got lost from my mom like thirty times in the store. Yeah, school starts on the sixth and i am super dooper excited cuz i haven't seen like anyof my friends from school the whole summer. To be exact, only one. Yeah I hope all you kiddies have a good rest of the summer.

Well...

The Wendy's thing went great. It was hilarious, we took pictures out in front of the Wendy's sign, everyone was all dressed up, and THEY HAVE VANILLA FROSTIES NOW!!!!! That is so wrong, now I can't ask for vanilla to piss them off... It was very fun.

All day today we were making tomato sauce. We have, literally, at least 1,000 tomatoes in our garden, a lot of which are extremely huge and mutatedly deformed looking. We made about 400 or so into tomato sauce today and we still have about 200 more that need to ripen for a few days. I must shower and get the stench of tomatoes off of me, although my house will smell like the tomato sauce cooking for a week or so. I don't mind the smell of cooking tomato sauce... But we have so much that we ran out of pots, and stove top.

Tonight we're going to a Valleycats Game. The Valleycats are the local college baseball team. We're going because this is like the last game of the season (or something like that) and because our neighbors got luxury box tickets, which means we get to watch it inside and we'll actually have GOOD SEATS! WOOHOO!

I got my school supplies today. Actually, since our high school doesn't give out supply lists or give us our schedules till the first day, I just took all the supplies I had left over from last year, stuck them in a backpack, and estimated that I would probably need a few more notebooks and some pens. I'll figure out the rest of the stuff I need on the first day...

And the First Day of School Nightmares have begun. I get these during summer every year, although I've had suspiciously less this particular summer, probably because I've been so busy. They usually consist of me forgetting locker combinations, schedules, being late to class, etc. It's all a very twitchy business. I REALLY do not want to go back to school, because I'll be challenging every essay we're told to write and otherwise disrupting the english class with stuff I've learned this summer. Uh oh...

Oh well.

Tomorrow I'm going to long island to visit my grandma for about a week, so this will probably be my last post for a while. Then school starts on the 5th. Bleh.

I went to the beach today...but it was windy and cloudy and cold and the water was gray and murky and slightly disturbing. Just walked around on the boardwalk. It was nice in it's own wierd way.

Yes. What else? Nothing else. Nothing is hapening. Went to a SI Yankee game last night. They won (Wheee!). Umm...I know half the russian alphabet now, and I know how to say important words such as banana, wolf, goose, mushroom, and frogman.

Deprived and Obsessed

HEY GUYS! Woah I've been like hiding in the darkness for a while cuz im so obsessed with the A-List and Gossip Girls. Total chick books which i can't keep my eyes off.Anyways other than that-I would be happy to offer a Crafting the Essay reunion at my house cuz its like a central location. center of where we all live. center of upstate new yorkers houses too. but tennesee is a little far away....hmmm we'll have to do something about that. oh yeah my friends read our blog they love it(did i already mention that?) Yeah well since we are going to Orlando in october for a wedding abviously we havve to go for a wedding shower. Poop. Yeah i really don't want to spend three hours of my day watching someone get gifts she already knows shes gonna get. But after that I'm getting my Coach Shoes and My first day of school shopping!!! Yay! I haven't gone shopping in like forever. I'm deprived. AND I'm going to Crossgates the best mall near where I live. I'm gonna spend like all my time at deLiA's and bebe. Oh yeah-I need to get over Zac-its getting to me...badly. Any ideas?

Weekend

My mom sister and I are driving to Virgina (where my sisters college is) tomorrow. I may not be able to post there, I'm not sure. Lots of crap going on, no fun. Should be fun seeing my sisters campus though, I might go there next year!!! Actally I really hope I'll go there next year!

Memory of the Week #3

Okay. Remember the day that I decided to talk with a british accent? Actually, it was just between the end of afternoon class until after dinner...but still. That was fun. I think I shall do it again someday. Then I tried to start accent day...but it kind of died out because no one stuck with their chosen accent. But anyway, next year (if I don't go to ireland, which I still want to do) I think I'll tell people I'm british. T'will be wicked.

Posting (because I feel like it)

I burnt my pop-tart...the toaster set off the smoke alarm. But that's okay, I think my smoke alarm is super-sensitive, 'cause it's constantly going off. Yeah...I was practicing my RUSSIAN this morning...my dad'd friend (she's russian) got me some russian children's books...I was looking at the one that is about the alphabet (or the...hang on...azbuka?). But it's kind of funny, since, you see, it has a picture or two for each letter, then it says the word underneath -- but I don't know how to say the name of the picture in Russian, so it doesn't really help me figure out what the word says. Yeah, so it took me like a half-hour to get through four letters (about 10 words).

Yeah...not really anything interesting happening here...

Hm.

So, two things happened today, my mom had surgery and I pierced my ears.

My mom came home at like four and she was still pretty drugged from the surgery, they had to knock her out completely. She was sorta wandering around the house, not feeling so good. I think she'll be better soon, maybe not by tomorrow.

I got up at like 12:45 today and decided to pierce my ears. It really wasn't that painful... except that the needle wasn't hot enough and my ear wasn't cold enough the first few times I tried.... anyway... yeah.

Too many people...

There are people. At my house. Hammering.

Therefore, I will be hiding up in my room all day, reading. I've reread almost the entire Harry Potter series over the past week.

My computer has been being really mean to me, which I think I already mentioned, but I'm really ticked at it.

Tomorrow I'm going to a PARTY, which is odd for me. Refer to the not liking people part. After that, I'm meeting my friends from my writing camp at WENDY'S, and they're all dressing up and like bringing a tablecloth and a candle and flowers to scare the people at Wendy's, because that will be hilarious. I'm just going to watch. It shall be glorious.

Does anyone think they'll go to that December 2nd reunion in Central Park? Or the Day-after thanksgiving one, for that matter? I could probably go to either (possibly not the day-after-thanksgiving one), but I wouldn't want to if no one else can make it. I'm just gonna type up one last essay today... and my computer is being mean, does anyone know how to help me? It's new, and it came with Microsoft Word, and it says to register or something I need a valid product key and to submit that, but every time I do it LIES TO ME AND SAYS IT'S INVALID!!!! And also, I got Norton Antivirus, and it says I need to activate the internet security, but every time I try, it says it wasn't successful because it's being MEAN! Grr... PLEASE HELP ME, I NEED MICROSOFT WORD TO STAY WORKING!

I'm BACK!!!!!

You know you missed me. And I did not die, I was in Pennsylvania. I resent being left off of Miranda's List Of People Who Still Post because of this. SO, to make it up to you people, I will write a Loooooooong Wiiiiiiiiiinding post telling everything you ever wanted to know (and maybe some stuff you didn't) about my vacation. Because I enjoy this.

Right. So I was in Beack Lake, PA, this really tiny place that pretty much consists of a Volunteer Fire Department (which is big and green), a post office, 3 resort/inn/cottage type places, a cafe, a salon, and a fun park. And that's it. I love beach lake :o) I've been going there every year since I was about six. Usually we go up there with this big group of people, including a few friends from pre-school and their families, one of them (Joey)'s mom's boss and her family, Joey's mom's boss's sister and her family, Joey's mom's boss's sister's best friend from high school and her family, and a bunch of friends from other families. And we do this big "Fear factor" competition, organized by one of the moms, and 1st prize is $50, and we compete in like 10 events or something like that, which include physical things (an obstacle course, standing on one foot, holding your breath under water), gross things (eating wierd/icky foods like duck tongue, frog, pig brains, and cold veggie burgers; and fishing in a bucket of wierd, soupy stuff for different animal's body parts) and really random things (like seeing who can swish listerine around in their mouth for the longest and who can stand on top of an inner tube in the lake for the longest). And it's fun. BUT, this year my dad couldn't take off on the week that the rest of the group was going, so we didn't do all that. INSTEAD:

Sunday we drove out there. It's about a 3 hour drive; Beach lake is in northeast PA, only like a 1/2 hour away from the New York border. We stopped in this little town called Milford for lunch, because it's tradition. Nothing else much happened. We went to Walmart for food.

Monday we mostly just relaxed. I went on a paddle boat with Lilly. Went swimming. Played ping-pong. Had a campfire and roasted s'mores.

Tuesday we went horesback riding (also tradition). Went on an hour long ride through the woods and stuff. My horse this year was Timmy. Timmy was a mostly good horse, he would go wherever I told him to, unless it wasn't an actual path or it was a really roundabout path. but whatever. I had fun.

Wednesday we went hiking in the woods near the Delaware river up to this *really* cool ledge that is up way high and overlooks the river and the hills that surround it. Very pretty. It was about two miles there and two miles back.

Thursday...now THIS is a good story. We were in a TRAIN WRECK. No joke. Ok, so it wasn't exactly a wreck. See, we took this train ride from Honesdale (a town near Beach lake) to Hawley (another town near beach lake), and back. It was a perfectly nice touristy little train ride. On the way there, three of the four cars on the train were filled up with seniors on a sponsored tour. Luckily, they got off in Hawley. On the way back, Lilly noticed sparks outside her window. In fact, one of them even flew in her window and singed her shirt. My dad alerted the train staff. A few minutes later, the train stopped. Everyone looks out the window to see what's wrong...and there are five or six *brushfires* started by the sparks. One of the conductors put them out with a fire extinguisher, and after about twenty minutes, they started the train again. Well, that didn't last long. About three minutes later, the train again comes to a halt. The engine was SMOKING. We had to evacuate the train, and walk down the tracks until we came close enough to a road that the fire department could get to the tracks. There were 31 passengers, including like 10 small children and a bunch of seniors. We had to crowd onto 2 pickup trucks that took us to the road, where a schoolbus took us back to the train station. There were fire trucks and ambulences and reporters...the story made headine news the next day. Alydaar, I think that may beat your cow stampede story.

Also on thursday, my aunt and uncle and my cousins Harry, Jack, and Annie came to stay with us at the cottages where we were staying for a few days. Harry is 6, Jack is 5, Annie is 2. They loved it there (it was their first time). They stayed until saturday.

Friday we mostly just hung out. I played with my cousins a lot. Went swimming. Played ping-pong. Had a campfire and made smores. etc.

Saturday was my moms birthday. My aunt & uncle left, and the fear factor people arrived. It was fun to see them all again. My family had lunch in a little town called Narrowsburg.

Sunday (today) we packed and left and drove home. Stopped at a dairy Queen in New Jersey (because it's tradition). Now we're going to have Chinese food as soon as I finish writing this post. So, as tigger would say, TTFN (ta-ta for now).

Story:Part III

They started off by going to going to the alleyways of New York where all the boozed out slums "hang". One of those slums pushed the super destructo-robot dirtman and all the way down to the ground. Dirtman used his ultra heavy duty laser gun to.............

Hello, I am a potato and I can't spell. I've been working very ahrd but the only reason I could write this was because I was using a dictionary. Anyway, I have no friends. Isn't that sad? Everyone finds something wrong with me. The tomato says I'm too brown, the pear says I'll too dirty, the brocolli says I'm too... weird (the brocolli doesn't like explaining itself.) What should I do? I try and have fun with my little patch of brown dirt. Today I'm going to make a dirt-man, he'll be my friend! And I'll name him....

Yeah, besides that my lifes not really that interesting. I'm talking to a lot of people from CTY as much as I can. Yeah.

so i think i like this color now....even though its like...the color of the background, minus a couple of dark shades...so i spent my day cutting up the messed up vienna pictures, and gluing the scraps together to make a flower...it's really pretty. heheh, and its kinda blueish. yeahaaa...lol, i havent written for a while...cuz im just too lazy...but i DID go biking a LOT and played sum tennis with my neighbor, who is 11th in New England right now for our age group. yeah, she's AMAZING. Miranda's going to have a seizure if someone doesn't post. So i'll write about my boring life. Well I went to a going away pool party for our family friend. It didn't work out that well cuz it started to rain and it ws really cloudy out anyway. Then tonight my parents are going to have an Indian party. Yeah the problem is these kind of parties start at 5 and end at 12 and theres a lot of food. It may sem fun, which it is, but my family constantly has these parties. Yeah we're party animals. Last time I had one of these we palyed Barbie Fashion Show on the computer which is in fact a super fun game. Then we played DDR( dance dance revlution)! Yeah! I realized I suck so badly at that game its not even funny. This time no DDR and the same family friend is moving to california. BOO HOO. And please....someone post. So we seem to be down to only a handful of people who ever actually check this blog any more. Me, Alydaar, Chetna, Laura (I guess she was inactive because she was away) and sometimes Lily. What the heck peoples?!? If you do not start I will write long boring posts! Even mor long and boring then the ones I usually write!!! So yeah. Not much has happened today, I hung out a bunch with my older sister, we developed ways to get rid of our younger sister, I wrote on my lawn for a while. and that's about it. Yeah for non-interesting lives. Be active people! I don't care if you have interesting lives or not! What is this?!! I left for four days and I only got three emails from you people?! What happened, I used to get like eighty in a day!

Well, I'm going to tell you all about my four days, which was more like three days because the first day and last day I was only there for half the day, at LAKE CHAMPLAIN!!

I love Lake Champlain. My neighbors rent this house up there and they have a bunch of people share the house for two weeks or so. I went kayaking, finished a book, and played cards. A lot. And we went across the lake on the ferry (which I pronounce as FAIRY, not feh-ree!) and went to Burlington, Vermont for a day, which is pretty much the hippie capital of the world. Yay hippies! It was enjoyable, except for the annoying girl who was at the camp who I had to be nice to at a time when I did not wish to be nice and whom was very loud and whiny. Twitch. I dislike whiny things. That sort of disrupted my relaxing experience, but all in all, it was a good trip.

The Bat in the... Mat!!! (actually the house but w.e)

There was a BAT in my HOUSE! That hasn't happened for like a year now! It was this really cute little black thing which at first I thought was a REALLY big moth or something. Yeah anyway.... I'm playing Leaving on a Jet Plane on the guitar. I finished an AWESOME book, Jane Eyre. REALLY GOOD!! Sorta hard I guess, but good. Umm.... I'm talking with LILY on IM cuz she ROCKS! My life has nothing special going on, except tht I leave for a vacation in a week or so. I went to run with my friends not expecting to do a whole lot, and we end up running 4.2 MILES!!!! I was wiped, but it still wasn't as bad as last week. I go to somewhere close to Canada this weekend, and I will be drifting in my car (not my real car but on Xbox). Yea, so thts my life.

So I leave my mom's house and come here (my dad's house) and keep checking it and there's ONE NEW POST!!! I mean seriously! What the heck guys? Seriously. Anyway. So yeah. Since I'me back at my dad's house for the first time in like five weeks I've been having ot do LOTsd of cleaning (fun right?). Today I just finished a book called Milkweed by Jerry Spinelli. i think its a great book, it deals with World War II but its descriptive in a more sly way. I though it was kinda funny because the guys ear gets shot off-twice. Yeah im a little violent. : P

My teeshirt from CTY--- like all the comments are getting washed off. So i can't wash it, which means I can't wear it (sighs).

It's 3:05 in the morning and I'm still awake. Wow. I mean, it's not that that late but as I just spent the last five hours in the same room on the same couch (4 of which I was watching a crappy TV marathon and 1 of which I was studying kangi with my sister) it seems pretty amazing. I finally turned the TV off and when I stood up the room spun and my vision compltely blanked. I'm amazing. Yeah, I think I should sleep now.

Happy Birthday to Me!

Yes, two weeks after the real event I have finally celebrated my birthday (at least with my mom's side of the family). It was good, we had REALLY good bacon, egg, and cheese pasta and Angel Food Cake. I got a cellphone! I have been asking my mom for one for a while but she hasn't wanted to split her minutes with me! I did a lot today, it was really fun, but I won't bore you all with a long explanation.

I also got Nathan and Laura on LOGmoo!!!! This is VERY exciting! Now Laura, Nathan, Ben, and Geeta are all on LOGmoo!!! Oh, yesterday me and les amis went to the Great Escape, a Six Flags park in Lake George,New York, and had an awesome time. I lost my tres tres tres expensive Ray Bans there so i don't think i'll be allowed to buy anything for a while including my rainbow Coach shoes! Yeah my parents are a little pissed.
Memory to Note- So i went on the fastest roller coaster there which was the Comet two times. The first time my friends dad's blackberry fell off the coaster and now is lost. And if we ever find it its gonna be smashed into little itty pieces. The second time while we were standing in line this guy with some green football jersey that said Pierce on the back barfed three times in a row. AND HE STILL WENT ON THE RIDE. We think he was under the influence cuz his eyes were bloodshot. He looked like me Like the time I got the avacado honey oatmeal mask into my eye and onto my contact.

Yeah, so I had a major breakdown earlier today, that's really all I can remember. If you want to read about it go to my livejournal if not, doesn't matter =D. (I also put a story up on it.)

I... went to see a play today. It was pretty terrible. I would have been in it if I hadn't gone to camp, but being with you guys was DEFINATELY much better. You should have heard my mom ranting about it, it was really funny. Um... besides that my stepbrother and I played badmitton today, I watched a movie, wrote a story, and knit. I'm knitting this really cool.... thing. I just liked the yarn so I started straight knitting with it. (and unlike Alydaar I don't really care if you're not interested in what I'm talking about because you could always skip my psot.) Yeah, it looks pretty cool.

Not much else is happening. I wrote a CTY story a while ago about singing under atlas, but I hand wrote it (stupid me) and I haven't gotten around to typing it up yet, I will at some point.

Memory of the week #2

Ok, so it's only been a few days since the last one, but this is *next* weeks, because I'm going to be in pennsylvania until next sunday/monday. So, anyway:

Remember on the first day of class, the absolute first thing we did was color those name tag things...then we had to explain why we took the color we did and drew what we drew, and almost everyone is like "Um...I took this color 'cause I like it..." or "I took this color 'cause there were no good colors left in the stack." And Amanda told us we had to learn to be more descriptive...and over the next three weeks, WE DID. The End.

Glasses!!

Hehe...yeah, im joining the majority of the population, and getting GLASSES...aH...well, too bad. my eyesight isnt THAT bad...i only need glasses for reading far away things, which makes me, u guessed it, NEAR SIGHTED. so anywaaay, today is MASSACHUSETTS TAX FREE DAY, which means...no taxes...and hahahahahah new york has an 8 percent tax. MUAH HAHA. even on a normal day, MASS has less then tHat. well, so does new hamp. with NOTHING. ZERO. gosh. i wonder if the residents of NH go buy stuff for pleasure. weehheee...

Hey. So, right now it's 1:34 in the morning. I'm REALLY tired but I've been having fun. I've been watching TV and having more bonding time with my sewing machine, tonight I made an orange dress. My stepbrothers here and he was down there with me, being obnoxioux as usual but not as bad as he can be.

Umm.... not much interesting stuff happening. I washed my mom's car (not cat!), finished my book and went to the doctor today. Our emails have bascially stopped, that's very sad. *tear, tear*

I think I have the link for my pictures now. Not all of them are up, actually there's still only about a quarter, but it's better than nothing. I'd make it all cool and colorful like before, but I need to go to sleeeeeeep.

Heeey guys. Anyways, something really cool happened today. Today was my last day of volleyball camp at Brandeis University. I'm walking out of the building and BDP just walks by.


I was like "OMFG!"

I'm leaving for Wisconsin tommorow, the whole securtiy system is super tight though. Packing's going to be interesting because there can be NO liquids on carry on luggages. They allow baby formula and things like that, but they're making the moms drink it just to prove that it's not poisonious.

So, my creativity yesterday inspired me and new I have a home-made shirt to go along with the pants. It's like this awesome black material that has this purple thred woven in, I LOVE it. I'll take a picture of me wearing my outfit at some point but since I don't have a digital camera (ROAR) it'll be a while.

Have any of you tried out the MOO? It's really fun. If you see me on IM I'll gladly tell you and take you there because it ROCKS. So I got all my school supplies today, which would be a drag except that Staples is like my FAVORITE store in the entire world. I went to school today to help my mom clean up for the new school year (she works there, the Technical Theater Director.) It wasn't that bad and we weren't there that long.I had a guitar lesson and I'm learning a new song... I forget the name.

Yesterday i went to see my sister (lilly)'s camp show... it was wierd being back at that place. the show was good enough, even though i felt like i was being eaten alive by mosquitos... and on sunday i'm leaving for beach lake, PA!!! but you probably won't hear from me on saturday, either, cuz that's the day of my cousin's second wedding reception, which is in the hamptons... ugh. not about the wedding, i mean, about the trip. we'll have to drive out to the hamptons on saturday, then drive home late saturday night/sunday morning, depending on how late the party is, then on sunday morning we drive out to PA. which means i probably ought to be packing....nah...

PANTS!

Dudes!!! I just made ANOTHER pair of pants!!! Don't I rock? I actually made the drawstring this time (instead of using the top from a pair of different pants) They're AWESOME. I used some fabric my mom got me for Christmas this year. I feel so productive!! I like took a bike ride, read some summer reading, went to Geeta's house, got two peoples accounts on MOOS and made pants today! That's like the most productive I've been since I got back from CTY!!

Yeah, so I'm excited. I even made a pocket! I wouldhave made more pockets but..... I was getting frustrated with the stupid sewing machine.

The experience of the summer!!(Well maybe...)

U guys won't believe this, but ur gonna have to, cus its completely true, 100%, yup. I'm writing about 2 hrs after this, after a shower, and after dinner, completely fine, except for the scratches on my legs, and my buring legs.

This advetnure starts out as a run w/ some good 18 year old friends, the captain of our varsity Xcountry team, and an former Olympic qualified coach. We meet up see wht changes happened to the school, and run to our coacch house. From there we run to "The Yellow Brick Road". This is a trail we run on during the year, and literally has yellow bricks on it, in certain patches.

So we're goin down, when our genius, President of the Student council, Capitan, of the Xcountry, and scored a perfect score on the SAT, decides to go exploring. And of course our fun-loving coach agrees. Great.

We cut through an open space in a brabed wire fence and r free. We run for awhile, through the thorns, and muck, ruin our $100 shoes, and get lost in the process. We run some more and see this hill with a fence, so we decide to go climb it to get out of the wilderness. Stupid decision #2. We cross a muddy stream/river thing, climb the hill, jumped the barbed wire fence, and r out in the open. So we run awhile, step in cow poo, and finally as we're running toward this drop we see a COW STAMPEDE coming our way!! WRONG WAY!! We make a mad rush to a huge fence, jump it, and keep running.

We come across the electric fence, w/ some sort of facility behind it. We were half expecting to see some guy w/ a shotgun to come up and say, "Why u awn my property?" and then proceed to shoot us. Well this wasn't the case. We see a nother hill and again decide to go up this one. Smart idea #1. So we run around jumped some more fences, and finally get to a gravel road. No one knows where we r but its a road. HEAVEN!!!
After braving the possibly poison ivy, fences, and mad cow stampede we reached a road. We keep running until r coach finally knows where we r. HAIL COACH!!! Then he notices somethin and say," It's a good thing we didn't end up over there. " He nods toward the right side. "Cus tht would've been a real adventure." As we r about to reenter the Yellow Brick Road path we see a sign tht says,"DO NOT ENTER CIVILIANS!" Smart idea #2. Our coach says it is a police canine training facility. Now some Olympic records would've been broken there.
So we finally find our way back to school a little bit injured, but we had a lot of fun, well...except for the cow stampede.

Okay you know how we've had many encounters with Sprite, like in the Teen advertising movie in class, and daar's sprite commercial, and Kendall and Moose's chugging contest(Kendall chugged sprite)l0l. Yeah well check this out SPRITE MAKES SHAMPOOOOOO!!!!!

MOOing

Okay. So I'm not talking about cows. I've talked to a few of you about MOOs, it stands for MUD Objects ORiented, I forget what MUD stands for. They ROCK. They're text-based worlds where people can program and talk and such. My dad has one, it's called LOGmoo. It's a MOO thats based on our house. So the layout is our house except that people have built off of it (because you can build rooms there and such.)

heehee. i've decided to post a random CTY memory each week, starting today. because i feel like it. and because it will give us something to talk about other than the colors we post in.

So, today's Memory of the Week:

remember that game we played on the first day with the roll of toilet paper? okay, so Alydaar, you probably don't... but anyway... remember the random things we started saying when we realized we had taken too much (aka, the color of our house)? and i took like 40 pieces, so i ripped it in half when amanda wasn't looking and sat on the other half... ah, memories...

And moving on, I went to the Giants camp saw some famous people, got some signatures, and called it a day. I won't be specific cus u guys wouldn't care or kno anything, the disadvantage of being the only guy. No sports... :(

I am so hyper right now its not even funnay!!!!!!!!!!
I'm gonna write im this large font size cuz im havin one of those random hyper bursts as amelia and justine would know about!!hehe. HYPERNESS IS AWESOME! Not to mention i had three bottles of pepsi today cuz we had a party today!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yeah thats all I can write about because my life is so boring. Ooh, we bought like literally 600 dollars worth of stuff from catalougues. i guess that's just my hyperness!! Hey alydaar where did you get the indian raps from(whose the artist) cuz i can't find it on limewire!!!ooh and guys i obviously won the war cuz i have like 200 pro views-shows how much you guys love me. Oh lilaay thanx for the ode i really ppreciate it. I saved it on my computer. Guess what- my piano teacher assigned me this really boring Sonata by Mozart. I just eralized how bad I am at piano now without playing for like six weeks (I went to India for three weeks b4 CTY) Oh my gosh I have enough money to buy my coach sneakers!!!! YAY!!!!!! This is what they look like. Yeah like I was saying- PRETTY DANG SNAZZY!!

Hey guys. I haven't really been posting a lot because I am really lazy.

Hrm, what has happened since my last post? I went shopping at the Mall, once w/Moose and once with my friend.

Anyways, I went to Harvard Square today and it's pretty awesome. I bought a shampoo bar with bits of seaweed sticking out of it. It's a very nice shampoo bar.

So, usually I post later in the day but I'm going to Geeta's house later so I won't be around (and it wouldn't be cool if she had to sit there and watch while I posted). But yeah. Justine-you better post soon! There's been enough talk about your name (and that Lily wants to EAT you through a STRAW!!!) Hah!

Has anyone heard at all from Kendall? Did she say she was going anywhere? And no one answered when I asked about Greg. I she's not checking her emails it's gonna be sorta scary when she gets back!!!!

Um.... I wrote a story last night about CTY. I don't think it's as depressing as the last one but I dunno. I'll post it soon.... It's really long and I hand wrote it at first so yeah.
