In July and August 2006, fourteen talented teenagers came together to study the craft of essay writing at a "nerd camp" in upstate New York. This is our blog. Bow.

Joinging in to awaken the blog.

Hello again. Long time no...talk. Anyway, I've decided to go for this month's record number of posts on consecutive days - by posting this, there will now have been a blog update TWO DAYS IN A ROW. Woah.

Anyway... I have a stress fracture in my foot (actually there's 2) from incresing my milage too much over the summer when I came back from ireland...which sucks. So now i have one of those lovely giant boots, which my friends have named harvey. I've had it for just over 3 weeks already, so I'm hoping when i see the doctor next week she'll say it can come off soon. Then i can start running again :o) I miss xc.

And schools a LOT harder this year, i'm finding. So far I've managed to get to bet by 12 every night, but one of my friends has already had to pull an all-nighter finishing hws for AP world... and its not like its from procrstination. Honestly, its not. There's just so *much* that you kind of have to prioritize stuff by their due dates... which means you then end up handing in project A and realizing that project B is due in a week...and has to be roughly 15 pages. Which is exactly the situation I'm in.

Which means I really don't have time to post... but I want to, because it makes me sad that there was only 1 post in all of september.

In happier news, this weekend my team's going to rhode island for an away meet, which is really fun, even with the 5 hour bus ride. Actually that's part of the fun. I'm not running (obviously) but I still get to go because i'm our "official cheerer" now :o)

Boy, you guys are quiet

Hey guys! It looks as though the board has been very.... quiet.... did I just see a tumbleweed roll by?

Um.... school is better this year than it was last year. I have a lot more classes with my friends. I visited Boston over Columbus Day weekend. It was amaaaazing, cause I got to see the campuses of Boston College, Northeastern, Harvard, MIT, all of which are amazing looking. I got to visit my friend at MIT and get the insider's tour- man, do they have fun up there. I'd suggest googling MIT hack gallery.

Um..... What else am I doing? Reading, writing, the usual. Taking the PSATs tomorrow.

I think that's enough time spent avoiding doing my research report. What's up with you guys?
